BismiLLAH.. AlhamduliLLAH , thousand thanks to ALLAH who always kind enough to give me an opportunity to step my foot in this Barakah month of Ramadhan, for the first time as a wife =).
AlhamduliLLAH , as for this beginning part of our marriage, everything goes in a very smooth and nice way. However, without forgetting that life is not always happy, we just keep seeking and beseeching for a good and barokah life through our continous du'a insyaALLAH.. And today is 10th day of Ramadhan , inshort 1/3 of Ramadhan was over with just 20 days left . 20 days will just pass in a blink of eye if we do not plan wisely or other wise it will pass with nothing done . Meaningless and zero ..
Natijah=Taqwa - Most Valuable Fruit of Fasting
Just as plants have their own season of flowering, so Ramadan is the season of the year, for blossoming of goodness, virtue and piety of the Muslim nation. Not one, but millions of people jointly water the garden of virtue in the same lunar month, all over the world. The purpose of the Islamic fast is to obey ALLAH's command. Through this exercise, Muslims can develop a balanced personality and a strong sense of a community of believers. It trains all those who volunteer for service to ALLAH, before allowing them to take on the job of His vicegerency and establish ALLAH's message of mercy on earth.
The fasting Muslim is continuously tied with rules and regulations for one full month and then released for eleven months to see whether the training has been adequate and effective, and if not, any deficiency found in the personality and will power could be corrected and made up in the following year's refresher course, in the Ramadan program. This is because ALLAH wants us to make the choice and behave well, when left alone and unattended. And this is absolutely called NATIJAH of Ramadhan which is always different for each Ramadhan whether it turned to be better or not . In a symbolic word, the Natijah is a built Taqwa to ALLAH which is a fruit of fasting in Ramadhan .
Not just fasting -> Overnight Striving
Ramadhan is not just just about fasting but lots of other worship may be done . And one of the best worship which can be performed during this Ramadhan kareem is Qiyamullail or also known as overnight striving . The expression “Qiyam Al-Layl” is derived from the Qur’an for what is also known as Tahajjud prayer. Tahajjud is preferably offered after midnight, but before Fajr. During the month of Ramadan, Muslims all over the world, following the example of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) stay awake, standing in long prayers, striving to get closer to ALLAH. The occasion of such long prayers is known as Qiyam Al-Layl.
{And as for the night keep awake a part of it as an additional prayer for thee: soon will thy Lord raise thee to a station of praise and glory!}* (Al-Israa' 17:79)
This was a command directly addressed to the Prophet (peace be upon him), but it is also meant for his followers to adopt these special prayers, as additional prayers of devotion to Allah. In the Qur'an, Allah speaks of such devotees who "...fall down in adoration and celebrate the praises of their Lord and are so God-fearing that they leave their comfortable beds to remember God and seek His forgiveness..." And this clearly told us that this overnight striving is a really best worship in order to get closer to ALLAH especially in this barokah month of Ramadhan . So, dont hesitate to give a try !
